Amazon Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Amazon US/global marketplaces through Seller Central.
Create and optimize listings, A+ content, keywords, and brand store pages.
Plan and run Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD) to improve ACOS/ROAS.
Monitor account health, handle cases, ensure compliance, and manage FBA/FBM operations.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Plan promotions, deals, and strategies to drive sales and category growth.
Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics for smooth execution.
Track inventory, returns, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

2–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace.
Strong expertise in Seller Central, FBA workflow, and global marketplace operations.
Proven track record in Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization.
Proficiency in marketplace tools: Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataDive, etc.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
