Job Description

ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

  1. TheMSE lending business has partnered with various Fintech fordigital lending. The role assists in the credit processing ofapplications received under this initiative.
  2. Toensure the timely decision as per agreed TAT.
  3. Thelaid down credit evaluation, credit underwriting, creditmonitoring, EWS and ensure the policy laydown of processes mustbe executed.
  4. Co-ordinationwith the fintech partners for meeting the deliverables of thebank.
  5. Recommendationson new processes & fraud control initiative etc.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/Financials

  • Underwritingtarget customer by self and supervising the team to support forbuilding of a performing portfolio.
  • Underwritingof Anchor/Corporate for which SCF program needs to setup
  • Evaluatevarious collateral types for their value and title documentationrequirements
  • Participatein collection of dues from customers to maintain low delinquency.
  • Participatewith the Fintech Partners and ensure the due diligence happeningon their end
  • Supportbusiness with engagements with Fintech, technology companies inDigital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.
  • Provideinputs to Policy/Product team to enhance policy as per latesttrends & market performance
  • Maintainthe slippages and regular monitoring of the portfolio book
  • Maintainthe PDD, Delinquency and Case MIS

Customer(Both Internal & External)

  • Toengage with stakeholders for process redesigning and automationin order to provide improved customer experience and consistencyin decision making and faster TATs.
  • Appraisevarious Customer segments in various markets defined by the bankas area of operation for lending.
  • Co-ordinatewith fintech partners and Agencies for quality and timelydelivery of credit reports.
  • Meetappropriate customers virtually or physically for understandingof their needs and Conduct underwriting and renewals for casesunder purview
  • Co-ordinatewith functions like operations, FCU, risk, business andtechnology for effective delivery to end customers.
  • Ensurevarious reports concerning the loan processing are being sent tostakeholders?? regular frequencies.

InternalProcess

  • EnsureCredit policy and process adherence by monitoring and timelyreview of processes and execution.
  • SuggestPolicy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
  • Timeto time Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
  • Fulladherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Participatingin Periodic loan monitoring framework design and implementation
  • Provideparticipation in providing Compliance to audit or reviewsconducted from time to time.

Innovation& Learning

  • Timelytraining to branches/CPA in the cluster.
  • Maintainup to date knowledge of MSE and other related products.
  • Upgradeself and team about changes happening in the market.
  • Networkingwith other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of theIndustry and its perspectives
  • Performon time appraisal and suggest suitable career paths for staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Educational

Qualifications

  • FinanceGraduate preferably CA or MBA in Finance from a reputedinstitution.

Experience

  • Preferredexperience of 8-12 years in Credit MSME Loan products in termloans and working capital limits.

Certifications

  • ProductManagement / IT certification is desirable but not mandatory
