Job Description

The Role:

80% Straight Through Processing (STP) rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Leadership:

    Drive the strategy for automated approvals and optimize business rules within the BRE on a quarterly basis.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Conduct "what-if" analyses on policy amendments and lead monthly root-cause reviews on application rejections.

  • Governance & Compliance:

    Establish a self-audit framework and lead internal/regulatory audits to ensure 100% compliance and robust audit trails.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with IT, Data Analytics, and Business teams to align credit rules with organizational goals.

  • Team Development:

    Oversee daily operations, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in

    Credit Policy, Risk Management, or Credit Operations

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Business Rules Engines (BRE)

    and automated decisioning tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable policy changes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing internal/external audits.
