Optimize video content for engagement, retention, and audience growth. Add music, voice-overs, subtitles, and other effects as required. Maintain an organized library of video assets, templates, and project files. Stay up to date with industry trends and apply new editing techniques when appropriate. Ensure consistent branding and visual style across all videos. Requirements: Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and editing techniques. Ability to handle tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Creative mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience editing short-form and long-form video content. Basic understanding of social media algorithms and video formats. Ability to shoot video is a plus (camera handling, lighting, audio, etc.).
