AI/ML Engineer

What Success Looks Like In This Role We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our in-house LLM-powered chatbot technologies through active research and development. You will be working on the knowledge ingesting and ML-based analytics of the ingested data. The following points may give you a good overview of specific tasks: Technological Vision: Contribute to developing and articulating the technological vision for our in-house chatbot knowledge ingestion, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Core Development: Hands-on contribute to the chatbot knowledge ingestion and monitoring. Research and Experimentation: Track and experiment with advancements in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and evaluation techniques, integrating relevant findings into our work. Research Engagement: Participate in bi-weekly machine learning paper review meetings, staying abreast of the latest developments and integrating relevant findings into our work. You will be successful in this role if you have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery. Proven experience in implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments, with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and best practices Proficiency in Python and its data wrangling libraries (e.g., Pandas). Good understanding of standard ML algorithms. Sound understanding of software design principles. Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems. Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
