Role Overview You will be responsible for generating new leads and managing existing client relationships for our ODR platform, focusing on the financial industry. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, list building, and cold calling techniques. Build, nurture, and manage relationships with both new prospects and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals. Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within your portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables align with client goals. Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior leadership. Stay updated on industry trends, especially within the financial sector, to better serve clients and identify new opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the financial industry. Proven expertise in lead generation using Apollo, LinkedIn, list building, and cold calling. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
