Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building intelligent systems, experimenting with cutting-edge AI models, and deploying production-ready solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and modern ML pipelines..

Responsibilities:

• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using the latest AI/ML techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and mathematical concepts.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers).
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar workflow frameworks.
• Experience in building RAG systems, vector stores, embeddings, and memory architectures.
• Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, or AI agents.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and scalable AI deployment.
• Exposure to Open-source LLMs (Llama, Mixtral, Phi, Qwen).
• Contributions to AI communities, GitHub projects, or research work.
• Build AI-driven applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and other workflow orchestration tools.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
• Create robust AI pipelines, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, HuggingFace, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into real-world products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and automation workflows.
• Optimize model performance, latency, accuracy, and scalability for production environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
