Job Summary

Media Tech Temple is looking for an AI/ML Engineer with experience in Voice Processing and Speech AI. The candidate will work on Speech-to-Text (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), audio analytics, and machine learning models for real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models
• Preprocess audio data (noise reduction, trimming, segmentation)
• Extract features such as MFCCs, spectrograms, etc.
• Work on speaker identification, emotion detection, and voice classification
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (Whisper, Wav2Vec2, Vosk, DeepSpeech)
• Build ML models using Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
• Assist in developing voicebots, call center analytics, and automation workflows
• Deploy ML models using APIs or simple cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI features in products

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming
• Knowledge of audio processing libraries: Librosa, PyDub, Torchaudio
• Understanding of DSP concepts (MFCC, Spectrograms, STFT)
• Experience with ML algorithms and Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Deep Learning (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Working knowledge of APIs and Git version control

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Voice AI / Speech AI
• Exposure to LLM + Voice integration
• Prompt engineering basics
• Knowledge of voicebot/IVR tools (Dialogflow, Kaldi, Vosk)
• Basics of MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• AI/ML certifications are an advantage
