Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary What success looks like in this role: We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint and/or Okta and will act as the initial responder for IAM-related support requests, provisioning issues, and access review tasks. Key Responsibilities Process access requests, user provisioning, and deprovisioning activities. Perform basic configuration and support tasks in SailPoint IdentityNow and Okta. Monitor user activity, entitlement changes, and identity lifecycle events. Respond to IAM-related tickets and escalate issues as needed. Assist with access reviews, certifications, and periodic compliance checks. Maintain documentation and ensure accurate reporting of access logs. You will be successful in this role if you have: 2–4 years of experience in IAM operations. Working knowledge of SailPoint and/or Okta platforms. Understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC, and MFA. Good communication and analytical skills.
