About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated AI/ML Security Engineer to join our team and help design and implement secure, cutting-edge machine learning solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and security, ensuring that our AI/ML systems are not only high-performing but also compliant and resilient. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and security professionals to drive scalable and secure AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure AI/ML solutions in line with Group Security policies, standards, and reference architectures.
• Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems to meet business and user-specific needs.
• Implement AI/ML security best practices, frameworks, and compliance standards throughout the ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and security teams to ensure safe and robust deployment of models.
• Leverage modern AI/ML tools, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) for building and testing solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML security and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  1+ years of experience

  in software development, preferably with Python or similar languages.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools.=
• Strong grasp of security concepts in the context of AI/ML systems, including relevant compliance standards and risk mitigation practices.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning or deploying large language models and generative AI architectures.
• Familiarity with security-first design principles and infrastructure-related security controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, self-driven, and eager to learn continuously in a fast-evolving space.
