About Us

Adcubator is a Google Ads agency led by Jem Bourouh. We manage over nine figures in ad spend for high-growth DTC brands like Brez, Calming Co, Andar, and HeyShape. We operate at the highest level of the DTC ecosystem, but as we scale, we are maturing our internal systems to match the caliber of our client work.

We aren't looking for a prompt engineer to play with chatbots. We need a technical architect. We are building a custom, AI-native internal platform to handle market intelligence, feed optimization, and creative analysis, and we need an engineer to build the "Digital Workforce" that powers our agency.

The Role

You will be the architect of our AI infrastructure. While our media buyers focus on the ads, you will focus on building the autonomous systems that give them a proprietary edge. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Jem’s vision and a functional, cloud-hosted ecosystem of agents and apps. You will own the AI technology stack and the deployment of tools that make our team 10x more effective.

The Core Priorities

• Autonomous Agent Development:

  Build and deploy agents capable of conducting "Full-Spectrum" market research. These agents must scrape competitor data and output instant SWOT analyses directly into our workflow via Slack or custom UIs.

• The Intelligent Feed Engine:

  Architect a cloud-based system that monitors Google Merchant Center feeds. This engine will use LLMs to autonomously optimize product titles and descriptions. It must be collaborative—pulling from Google Sheet URLs for overrides, tracking specific User/Agent IDs, and pushing updates back to the Merchant Center via API.

• Internal Product Build-out:

  Using Lovable and Supabase, you will build the "Adcubator Control Center." This includes research hubs, creative performance dashboards flagging winning hooks from TripleWhale/Northbeam, and automated finance systems that pull ad spend data directly from the Google Ads API.

Expected Outcomes (Your Success Metrics)

• 100% Cloud-Native Deployment:

  You ensure zero agents run locally; everything is hosted (Vercel/Supabase) and securely accessible to our global team via GAuth.

• The "60-Second" Research Standard:

  You will deploy a research agent that reduces a media buyer’s deep-dive research time from 4 hours to under 60 seconds.

• Autonomous Feed Coverage:

  You will successfully deploy a feed optimization engine that manages title/description updates across our top client accounts with zero manual intervention.

• System Observability:

  You will implement logging and tracing to ensure 100% transparency on agent actions, preventing hallucinations and silent failures.

The Tool Stack

You must be an expert in:

• Orchestration & Brains:

  n8n (Advanced agent logic/RAG) and API implementation of Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and OpenAI o1.

• Development & Backend:

  Lovable.dev (Rapid UI), Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions, Auth), and Vercel for hosting.

• Connectivity & Auth:

  Google Auth (GAuth) for internal security, GitHub for version control, and custom API work with Google Ads & Merchant Center.

• Communication & Productivity:

  Slack (Integration triggers), ClickUp (Task automation), and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets as dynamic data sources).

• DTC Tech Knowledge:

  A clear understanding of how TripleWhale and Northbeam data can be synthesized by AI agents.
