Job Description

Engage with existing customers to explain the "what" and "why" of ANZ's increasing policy requirements for AML-CTF and KYC.
Facilitate KYC directly with customers on behalf of Institutional Relationship teams and Product partners.
Ensure and take ownership for KYC delivery, while maintaining ultimate responsibility for KYC.
Provide a customer-centric approach that minimizes effort and rework, improving the client experience in the KYC process.
Ensure KYC collect requirements comply with ANZ regulatory obligations and policies.
Offer specialist SME KYC support and advise Institutional Bankers & customers on KYC requirements for all legal entity types.

Job Requirements

Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, both in-person and via phone.
Proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
Strong business acumen with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and professional networks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Comprehensive understanding of Institutional KYC, including AML/CTF legislation and its application within the banking and financial services industry.
Proficient in utilizing core banking systems such as GOLDTIER, CACHE, ORION, MIDANZ, and DSD.
Advanced computer literacy with hands-on experience in KYC/AML/CTF technology platforms.
Inquisitive mindset, adept at probing, investigating anomalies, and driving processes to resolution.
Holds a graduate degree or higher in any discipline; relevant certifications in Risk Management, AML/CTF, or Fraud are also required.
