Key Responsibilities

1. AI Policy Design & Interpretation

• Research and interpret global & Indian AI regulations including:

• DPDP Act, EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles, ISO 42001, RBI/IRDA guidelines.

• Draft internal AI policies, governance guidelines, acceptable use policies (AUP), and compliance documents.
• Build policy frameworks for AI lifecycle governance, risk mitigation, and safe deployment.
• Analyze AI impact assessments, privacy risks, bias concerns, and ethical considerations.

2. GCC-Focused Responsibilities

• Support GCCs in creating

  Responsible AI frameworks

  , governance checklists, and compliance protocols.
• Align AI policy documents with GCC maturity models and operational structures.
• Create standardized policy packs for GCC clients:

• AI Legal Compliance Pack

• GCC Risk & Policy Matrix

• AI Use Case Approval Framework

• AI Incident Escalation & Audit Process

• Ensure GCC AI initiatives meet requirements across:
• Data governance
• Risk management
• HR & talent operations
• Shared services
• AI Ops & automation teams

3. Internal Enablement (Innomax Skills)

• Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop modules on:

• AI policy, governance, compliance, ethics, and safe AI adoption.

• Conduct training for students, enterprise teams, and GCC cohorts.
• Create policy-based case studies, templates, and documentation toolkits.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with AI engineers, governance architects, prompt engineers, and product teams.
• Review AI product features, data practices, and integration plans for compliance gaps.
• Assist in enterprise & GCC audits, certifications, and readiness assessments.

5. Tools & Knowledge Areas

• Familiarity with

  AI governance platforms

  , LLMOps basics, and model monitoring principles.
• Strong understanding of:
• Privacy laws
• Data residency & cross-border data transfer policies
• Ethical AI practices
• AI risk registers, model cards, impact assessment formats

Requirements

• 3–10 years

  experience in policy, compliance, AI governance, data protection, or tech law.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems and their ethical, legal, and societal implications.
• Experience working with or supporting

  GCCs, IT services, consulting, or regulated industries

  .
• Certifications preferred:

  ISO 42001, Data Privacy (DCPP/DPO), Responsible AI, AI Governance

  .
• Excellent writing, documentation, research, and stakeholder management skills.
