Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the roadmap, vision, and delivery of GenAI products, accelerators, and toolkits.
• Translate enterprise/GCC requirements into

  AI-powered workflows, features, and capability modules

  .
• Work with engineering, design, and data teams to build production-grade GenAI applications.
• Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
• Ensure products meet

  data privacy, security, and AI governance

  requirements.

2. GCC-Focused Responsibilities

• Partner with GCC clients to build

  GenAI CoEs, automation pods, and AI enablement programs

  .
• Assess GCC maturity and create

  AI capability roadmaps

  (Build → Stabilize → Scale).
• Develop standardized GCC playbooks such as:

• GenAI Productivity Framework

• GCC AI Ops Blueprint

• GenAI Adoption Policy & Safe Use Guidelines

• Prompt Governance & Model Evaluation Guidelines

• Enable GCC teams to deploy GenAI across use cases like:
• Software engineering workflows
• Knowledge ops
• Finance & shared services
• Customer support automation
• HR & talent operations

3. Cross-functional Leadership

• Work with LLM engineers, prompt engineers, data scientists, and MLOps teams.
• Lead product demos, PoCs, prototype iterations, and client workshops.
• Collaborate with AI Governance teams to align features with enterprise compliance.

4. Training & Capability Building (Innomax Skills)

• Contribute to curriculum design on

  GenAI product development, adoption, and enterprise implementation

  .
• Conduct masterclasses and case-study sessions for students, enterprises, and GCC audiences.
• Build internal GenAI playbooks for training delivery teams.

5. Tools & Platform Experience

Experience with:

• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, HuggingFace

• RAG frameworks (

  LangChain, LlamaIndex

  )
• LLMOps & model monitoring basics
• Product tools (Jira, Figma, Confluence)
• Data products & integration workflows

Requirements

• 5–12 years

  experience in product management, enterprise AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI architectures, RAG systems, embeddings, and agent workflows.
• Proven experience building or managing

  AI/ML, automation, or enterprise software products

  .
• Experience working with or supporting GCCs (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI governance, DPDP Act, ISO 42001, and safe deployment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
