Enterprise AI Growth Intern

to help scale our business development engine and accelerate enterprise AI adoption. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of outreach and engagement, connecting with key decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and translating advanced AI capabilities into tangible value. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to GTM strategy, account research, messaging experiments, and enterprise deal cycles.

What You’ll Do

Research and map target accounts across multiple priority AI offerings, identifying key stakeholders and their business challenges.Execute high-quality, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with personalized messaging at scale.Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with founders and solution leads, providing detailed context and insights.Design and run rapid outreach experiments, analyze outcomes, and optimize messaging strategies.Collaborate with Delivery teams to convert AI capabilities into compelling one-pagers, demos, and use-case narratives.Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring clean pipelines, logged activities, and clear next steps.Leverage AI tools to streamline research, personalization, and prospecting without compromising quality.

What You’ll Learn

Hands-on mentorship from founders and GTM leaders driving production-grade AI initiatives.Exposure to enterprise AI deal cycles—from initial discovery to pilot programs to long-term engagements.Insights into crafting ICP strategies, GTM experiments, and personalized outreach at scale.

Who You Are

Undergraduate or recent graduate with 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or growth (internships count).Exceptional written communicator—clear, persuasive, and detail-oriented.Comfortable managing high-volume outreach with iterative improvement and performance tracking.Curious about AI and excited to learn its real-world business applications.Self-starter with high ownership, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.Available for

12–24 weeks

; full-time preferred, part-time considered for exceptional candidates.

Prospecting & Outreach:

Apollo/Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, Loom

CRM & Operations:

HubSpot (or similar), Notion, Google Workspace

Research & Enrichment:

Clearbit, ZoomInfo, filings, industry reports

AI Assistance:

Custom AI playbooks, OpenAI tools for research and personalization

Sample Projects

Develop and execute a GTM campaign for a new AI Agent Lifecycle product.Launch a micro-campaign targeting investors with tailored AI research tools.Drive an enterprise sales initiative within IT consulting or other verticals.

Success Metrics

50–100 high-quality, personalized touches per day with consistent follow-ups.6–10 qualified meetings per month generated from outreach and inbound triage.Well-maintained, actionable CRM pipeline with clear next steps and insights.
