We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to spearhead the development of advanced Generative and Agentic AI applications. Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks. Hands-on experience with any of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs PyTorch, TensorFlow Solid foundation in: Algorithms and AI/ML fundamentals Data preprocessing and transformation techniques Nice-to-HavesExperience with MLOps tools and model lifecycle management. Familiarity with Phidata or similar agentic/LLM integration tools. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications using the Python stack. Leverage latest frameworks and APIs to integrate LLM, Generative AI, and agentic workflows into enterprise-grade solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Build and manage APIs to connect AI models with user-facing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product, design, and engineering – to define and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Apply MLOps principles for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) within defined SLAs. Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Soft SkillsSelf-starter with a proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
