AI Engineer

You are an experienced AI Engineer who will be an integral part of our team based in Andheri, Mumbai (onsite). Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the development, deployment, and enhancement of AI/ML models, with a specific focus on natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Your expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and practical experience in building AI systems will be crucial for this role. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions that are production-ready. Your core responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI/ML models that align with business requirements, fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and other deep learning architectures, as well as contributing to data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation. You will also play a key role in optimizing models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference, integrating AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs, and staying updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, a strong command over Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, and hands-on experience in domains like LLMs, NLP, or computer vision. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like Docker, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as proficiency in REST APIs and backend integration are essential. Your problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and capacity to work autonomously within an onsite environment will be critical for success. It would be advantageous if you have exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain, experience in deploying models in production environments, and knowledge of data pipeline tools like Airflow and Kafka.,
