AI Chatbot Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to design, build, and deploy conversational AI systems that deliver engaging, natural, and intelligent user interactions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and chatbot frameworks, along with a passion for building scalable and human-like conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants for web, mobile, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams).
• Implement and fine-tune conversational AI models using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress, or LangChain.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.) via APIs for advanced reasoning and natural language understanding.
• Build end-to-end conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogue management systems.
• Develop and integrate APIs for personalized, context-aware conversations.
• Train and evaluate NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging chatbot experiences.
• Deploy and monitor bots in production; optimize for performance, latency, and scalability.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in chatbot development using one or more of: Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress, LangChain, or custom Python-based frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of NLP, NLU, and conversational design principles.
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Understanding of speech-to-text (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems for voice assistants.
• Knowledge of frontend integration (React, Next.js, or Flutter) for chatbot UI.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Botpress Analytics, Elastic Stack).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
