Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Backend Developer. The AI Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems, implementing algorithms for pattern recognition and neural networks, and enhancing natural language processing (NLP) capabilities. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable software solutions.

• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Next.js and Claude AI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in HR and payroll systems is a plus
• Build and scale backend services using

  Next.js API routes

• Integrate and optimize

  Claude/OpenAI API

  usage (streaming, tokens, retries)
• Design prompt flows and AI agent logic (chat history, memory, embeddings)
• Collaborate on reusable prompt templates per domain (HR, tasks, CX)
• Store org-specific memory/context using vector DBs
• Work closely with designers and PMs to shape the future of conversational UX

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in backend development (TypeScript + Node.js)
• Deep experience with

  Next.js

  Redis

• Understanding of prompt patterns (few-shot, zero-shot, RAG)
• Hands-on with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs
• Bonus: LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, HR/CRM/Accounting Tech experience
