Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Frontend Developer with expertise in React, Redux, Shadcn UI, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, styled-components, Framer, and Three.js. The position is based in Chennai, with opportunities for some work from home. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, creating responsive UI components, collaborating with design and backend teams, implementing best practices in frontend development, and ensuring the performance and scalability of applications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in React, Redux, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS, styled-components, Framer, and Three.js
• Strong Analytical and Programming skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both onsite and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in frontend development
• Experience in HR&Payroll software development in an Agile environment is a plus
