Role Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (MERN) for a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with some opportunities for remote work. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the MERN stack. Daily tasks will include working on both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our applications are responsive and performant.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
• Strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience in Software Development with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience in HR or Payroll software development is a plus
