AI Automation Expert (Email Marketing & Workflow Automation)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Expert with strong experience in email marketing, workflow automation, and AI-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing end-to-end marketing and operational workflows to improve efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and scale business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and optimize marketing workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.

• Create automated email sequences, drip campaigns, and personalized outreach using AI-powered tools.

• Develop and implement AI-driven automation strategies across marketing, sales, and operations.

• Integrate CRMs, email platforms, data sources, and third-party applications to streamline processes.

• Analyze automation performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve system efficiency.

• Create custom bots, agents, or AI workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks.

• Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and automation systems.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand automation needs and implement solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in email marketing, campaign setup, segmentation, and automation.

• Hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, HubSpot, GHL, Pabbly, etc.).

• Strong understanding of AI tools, APIs, webhooks, and integration logic.

• Ability to build LLM-based automations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation best practices.

• Solid understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Basic familiarity with Python/JavaScript (bonus).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of Data Scraping is good to have.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building AI agents or conversational automation.

• Background in SaaS, marketing automation, or digital marketing agencies.

• Understanding of lead scoring, email deliverability, and customer lifecycle automation.
