Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional at the AGM/DGM level to support lead generation, client engagement, and enterprise sales initiatives in the commercial interior design and build space. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate leasing, corporate account management, or key account sales, preferably from reputed IPC firms (e.g., CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank) or related industries.

This is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to directly contribute to revenue growth, client pipeline expansion, and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential clients for commercial interior design and build projects, especially in sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, consulting, coworking, and startups.
  • Map upcoming office relocations, lease expiries, and new workspace requirements using a research-driven approach.
  • Build and manage a focused prospect list aligned with organizational sales strategy.


2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior client stakeholders, facility heads, and procurement teams to pitch Flipspaces’ offerings.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.


3. Market & Channel Partnerships

  • Leverage relationships within IPC networks, landlords, brokers, and real estate forums to source warm leads and early-stage opportunities.
  • Build a structured ecosystem of channel partners for regular lead flow and market insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years in business development or leasing in IPCs or RE firms - MBA preferred
  • Strong connects with CXOs and RE decision makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
