Job Description

As an Agility Lead in JPMorgan CCB Finance Portfolio, your role is to manage Team-level ways of working and partner with PALs and Tech Leads to drive shared consistency for the team to work in a more productive & efficient manner. You will advance agile methodologies, fostering innovation and high-quality solution delivery in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Servant Leadership & Coaching:** Lead and coach multiple scrum teams, promoting agile values and principles. Act as a mentor and agile coach to support team members new to agile practices. - **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:** Work closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint goals, priorities, and delivery timelines. Use advanced communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders. - **Agility Metrics & Continuous Improvement:** Analyze agility metrics using Jira dashboards and JQLs. Take action to drive teams towards continuous improvement and higher performance based on metrics. - **Problem Solving & Innovation:** Identify trends, generate original ideas, and contribute to the development of new policies and best practices. Apply critical thinking to resolve complex challenges. - **Agile Methodology Adoption:** Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams by providing guidance, training, and support. - **Conflict Resolution & Team Environment:** Create a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue and productive conflict resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices - Comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices - Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams - Proficiency in agile delivery and approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams for continuous improvement - Advanced proficiency with Jira, JQLs, Jira dashboards, and working knowledge of Jira Align - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret agility metrics - Effective communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to develop operational plans and manage resources for timely delivery - Experience in agile coaching, training, and supporting teams through transformation - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate and improve processes Please note that there are no additional details about the company in the job description.,
