A Business Analyst will work in a hybrid role that will bridge the gap between the business and development teams. You will work to specify requirements and functionality with the business team. Immediate joiners from Bangalore will be preferred. Job Description: Create and analyze user stories / scenarios Create requirements specification document by gathering requirements from the business group. Prioritize product \ development backlog Write proper acceptance criteria Collaborate with the Development group to create a Functional Specification (FS) document Write Test Cases to ensure that it incorporates requirements from the business requirements, and includes tests or test steps that explicitly address each identified user requirement Ensure developers adhere to business requirements and UI design specifications Define and document test strategy and test plans Refine and execute test conditions. Communicate needed changes to development team Create training and support programs as needed Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning project tasks. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 4+ Years of experience in Business Analysis and/or testing systems background. Good technical and business writing skills Knowledge of best practices for user interface and user experience design Negotiation and customer management skills Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills AGILE training/experience. Excellent written, verbal & communication skills. Programming and / or IT background is an advantage. Previous experience working with US clients is an added plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline *Flexibility to work in US shifts*
