We believe that collaborative work leads to more effective and sustainable outcomes — and we seek individuals fearless in challenging limits, whether within themselves or in their surroundings, to make a dent in the universe.We are looking for an Agile Program Manager to lead the PA-AMR (Picking Assistant AMR) Systems development — part of our Logistics Solutions Development portfolio.In this role, you will orchestrate the delivery of capabilities across multiple Agile teams building our next-generation warehouse orchestration platform. You will partner with Product Management, System Architecture, and Engineering to ensure predictable, high-quality, and value-aligned releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the PA-AMR delivery, aligning multiple Agile teams toward shared program objectives.
- Plan, facilitate, and coordinate program-level events such as quarterly planning, system demos, and retrospectives.
- Enable smooth flow of value by visualizing dependencies, managing risks, and removing systemic impediments.
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to ensure feature readiness, capacity planning, and release alignment.
- Establish delivery transparency using Azure DevOps dashboards, metrics (velocity, predictability, flow time), and reporting radiators.
- Champion DevOps and automation practices to enhance quality, release cadence, and operational reliability.
- Foster a culture of relentless improvement by identifying process bottlenecks, driving actionable retrospectives, and institutionalizing learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development, including 2+ years in program or multi-team delivery management.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Align, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
- Familiarity with full-stack software development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Program Management (ICP-APM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams delivering complex cloud-native or robotics software.
- Background in logistics, warehouse management, or industrial automation systems.
- Exposure to microservices, and distributed system architectures.
- Proven success in scaling Agile practices across cross-functional teams or organizations.
