THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an AgentOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud-native engineering to operationalize and manage AI Agents at scale.

In this role, you will design, deploy, and monitor Agentic AI pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases. If you’re passionate about AI-native operations and intelligent automation, this is the role for you.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Agentic AI Infrastructure

• 
  Design and maintain AgentOps pipelines for AI Agents in production.

• 
  Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP), A2A messaging, and orchestration frameworks.

• 
  Manage deployment of multi-agent systems across cloud and hybrid environments.

Monitoring & Observability

• 
  Implement Agentic Observability—tracking prompts, actions, and decision flows.

• 
  Use logging, tracing, and metrics to optimize agent reasoning and performance.

• 
  Set up dashboards for agent reliability, latency, and cost tracking.

Ops & Automation

• 
  Automate provisioning, scaling, and rollback of agent environments.

• 
  Integrate tooling and APIs into agent workflows for enterprise automation.

• 
  Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies for AI agents.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• 
  Work with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Teams to fine-tune agent behaviors.

• 
  Participate in incident response for AI agent failures or misbehavior.

• 
  Continuously evaluate new agent orchestration and reasoning frameworks.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• 
  2–4 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or AI Infrastructure.

• 
  Strong understanding of LLMOps, AI pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks.

• 
  Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools.

• 
  Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

• 
  Experience with Python for automation and API integration.

• 
  Understanding of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

• 
  Knowledge of security and governance for AI-powered systems.
