Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing deals with brands and advertisers for Paid media, SEO, and other digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outreach, and referrals. In terms of Client Relationship Management, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their marketing goals align with our offerings. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to develop customized digital marketing strategies for clients. Additionally, providing regular campaign performance insights and recommendations to optimize results will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing solutions. Educating potential clients on the latest trends and demonstrating how our services can facilitate their growth will be crucial. Furthermore, identifying opportunities for new service offerings based on market demand will be part of your mandate. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 5+ years of proven experience in selling Paid Media, SEO, and other digital marketing services at a digital agency or media company. A strong network of brand and agency contacts, along with a track record of closing high-value deals, is essential. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, influencer collaborations, and SEO strategies is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment are additional qualities that will contribute to your success in this role. In return for your contributions, the company offers a Hybrid work model with fixed shift timings. The job is based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, and is a full-time position with 5 working days (Saturday and Sunday off).,
