Performance Marketing Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta Ads

  , and other performance channels.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct deep-dive analyses using

  Google Analytics

  and other tools to drive actionable insights.
• Take ownership of campaign budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and performance alignment.
• Regularly present performance updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform changes, and digital marketing innovations.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed, ensuring knowledge-sharing and process alignment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing, digital advertising

  , or a similar role.
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics

  is a must.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into growth strategies.
• Excellent command of

  Excel, PowerPoint

  , and performance dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with

  Google Ads, Meta Ads.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong

  project management skills

  to juggle multiple campaigns efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
