Asst. Manager Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.

● Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct deep-dive analyses using Google Analytics and other tools to drive actionable insights.

● Take ownership of campaign budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.

● Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and performance alignment.

● Regularly present performance updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, platform changes, and digital marketing innovations.

● Mentor and support junior team members as needed, ensuring knowledge-sharing and process alignment.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.

● Must have worked with domestic brands.

● Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics is a must.

● Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into growth strategies.

● Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and performance dashboards for reporting and analysis.

● Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads.

● Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns efficiently.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint will be considered an advantage.
