  • Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest-growing creator-first influencer marketing agencies, combining data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver impact-driven campaigns for brands across the globe.
  • OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape.
  • OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Agency Marketing Lead to own and drive all things marketing at OML. This is a key strategic role that sits at the intersection of brand building, communications, thought leadership, and demand generation for the company and its creative businesses.You’ll be the brand custodian across OML — leading PR, social, and content marketing efforts to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and position OML as one of India’s most exciting creative and entertainment companies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing roadmap for OML and its businesses — spanning brand awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, and community building.
  • Align marketing priorities with business goals in close partnership with leadership, business heads, and your marketing team.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.

Brand, PR & Communications

  • Lead OML’s brand positioning across press, digital, and industry platforms.
  • Build narratives that highlight OML’s creative philosophy, marquee work, and leadership voices.
  • Manage PR agencies and key relationships with journalists, ensuring continuous media visibility across trade, business, and creative publications.
  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities, award submissions, and panel representation for leaders by building relationships with relevant advertising, marketing, and creator media/platforms.
  • Write and submit award entries across marketing, creative, and entertainment categories.

Content & Social Media

  • Develop and execute a social-first content strategy across OML and MO’s digital channels.
  • Migrate to an editorial/creator-first approach for social pages — creating video-first content, social IPs, and case studies that demonstrate the OML edge.
  • Collaborate with the internal creator and editorial team to maintain a consistent publishing rhythm — from thought leadership posts to video narratives.
  • Drive storytelling through owned platforms including newsletters, WhatsApp, reels, and campaigns that build affinity and attract leads.

Business Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Create high-impact case studies, credentials, and marketing collaterals that support business development and new client outreach.
  • Partner with business teams to craft marketing campaigns about key achievements, announcements, new services, or partnerships.
  • Support leadership in preparing narratives for industry events, investor interactions, and brand showcases.

Governance & Impact

  • Conduct periodic brand audits across businesses to ensure consistent and high-quality representation.
  • Own OML’s participation in major industry forums, awards, and press opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts based on insights and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B/agency/brand marketing within the creative, media, or entertainment ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of how creative agencies operate and how to market creative capabilities to brands.
  • Proven experience in PR, brand communication, and social-led storytelling.
  • Strong digital-first mindset and an ability to turn culture into conversation.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a flair for simplifying complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable leading projects end-to-end — from ideation to execution — and enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with award entries, branded content showcases, or entertainment IP marketing
  • A network of PR/media/event contacts within the creative or entertainment industry
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, Notion, or similar for marketing ops
