Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Barasat. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the agency, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, training, and motivating insurance agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development experience
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
