Agency Manager

As an Agency Manager at Shriram Life Insurance, you will have a crucial role in leading and supervising a proficient team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents). Your responsibilities will encompass driving sales, nurturing talent, and ensuring adherence to company standards, all while achieving business objectives effectively. You will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities: - Recruitment, training, and development of a team of life insurance advisors. - Inspiring agents to meet sales targets for insurance products. - Conducting regular performance evaluations and training sessions. - Cultivating strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Monitoring compliance with regulatory and company policies. - Participating in branch-level meetings and providing reports.
