Job Description

As an Agency Manager at Shriram Life Insurance, you will play a vital role in building and managing a high-performing team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents). You will be responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring compliance with company standards while meeting business targets. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance advisors. Motivate agents to achieve sales targets for insurance products. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Monitor adherence to regulatory and company policies. Participate in branch-level meetings and reporting.
