About the Role

Digital Azadi is hiring an experienced Agency Manager to lead and manage partner agencies in the educational digital marketing sector. The role involves developing agency networks, driving student acquisition campaigns, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery of educational digital services.

Key Responsibilities1. Agency & Partner Management

• Build and manage a network of agency partners in the education & digital marketing sector.
• Identify, onboard, and train agencies to drive student enrollment and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor agency performance and ensure adherence to Digital Azadi’s standards.

2. Student Acquisition & Marketing Strategy

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on student leads and conversions.
• Work with agencies on marketing funnels, ad strategies, and performance optimization.
• Analyze campaign results and implement strategies to improve ROI.

3. Team Training & Development

• Provide regular training on digital marketing tools, lead-generation strategies, and education sector insights.
• Support agencies with content, marketing collateral, and sales scripts.
• Motivate teams to achieve monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with agency owners, educational partners, and internal teams.
• Address partner issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for aligned execution.

5. Compliance, Quality & Reporting

• Ensure agencies follow company guidelines, ethical marketing practices, and education-sector compliances.
• Track KPIs such as lead quality, conversions, campaign performance, and partner productivity.
• Share detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, EdTech, Agency Management, or Channel Sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing agencies, partners, or franchise networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune and travel if required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• Experience in , coaching institutes, online learning platforms, or training academies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools & CRM systems.
• Experience in performance marketing & student lead funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
