Dear Candidates,

Looking For Dynamic Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train new agents/advisors.
Manage and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Provide continuous support and development to the agent team.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with agents.
Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration through the agency network.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Track and report sales metrics and agent performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any stream.
2-5 years of experience in Any sales
Experience in managing teams or channel sales is a plus
