Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, and ensuring targets are met. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, monitoring performance, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in client relationship management
Ability to monitor performance and provide training
Knowledge of health insurance products and the insurance industry
