Aftersales Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise site managers and service teams across multiple sites
• Ensure operational readiness and minimal downtime of deployed vessels
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems onboard
• Coordinate spare parts inventory and logistics
• Maintain service documentation and performance reports
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for technical support
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance

You Bring:

• Marine/Mechanical Engineering background
• Strong grasp of electro-mechanical systems and boat operations
• Familiarity with classification society rules for high-speed craft (IRS/LR/DNV or similar)
• Experience in service management and multi-site coordination
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
