Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Ratnagiri. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for: Assisting in prepartion of Bill of Material (BOM), Budgets & conducting project estimations Maintaining relevant documentation and due approvals Engage in negotiations with clients and vendors as and when required. Conduct product research to support accurate estimations and project planning. Qualifications Experience in preparing Bill of Material (BOM/BOQ) and Project Estimation Strong Engineering skills and knowledge Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in conducting detailed research for project planning Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Ability to work on-site in Ratnagiri Relevant experience in the maritime manufacturing/ship building industry is a plus

What You’ll Do: Supervise site managers and service teams across multiple sites Ensure operational readiness and minimal downtime of deployed vessels Lead preventive and corrective maintenance planning Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems onboard Coordinate spare parts inventory and logistics Maintain service documentation and performance reports Liaise with internal teams and vendors for technical support Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance You Bring: Marine/Mechanical Engineering background Strong grasp of electro-mechanical systems and boat operations Familiarity with classification society rules for high-speed craft (IRS/LR/DNV or similar) Experience in service management and multi-site coordination Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why CFSPL?
