Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager located in Bhagwanpur, near Roorkee and Saharanpur. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aftersales activities. This includes providing customer service, addressing client queries, and facilitating feedback. The role also involves analysing data to improve service processes and working closely with the sales team to address customer needs and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

• B. Tech Electrical with 6-7 years of working experience

• Experience in Sales management
• Good computer knowledge
• English proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate with the government, service dealers and our principal supplier.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Good written skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
