Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an After Sales Service Specialist at Electro Equipments. The specialist will be responsible for providing after-sales support to customers, addressing technical issues, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in Roorkee with the option for some remote work. Qualifications Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer service and communication skills Experience in after-sales service or technical support Knowledge of Diesel Generating Sets or similar equipment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Engineering degree or relevant certification is a plus Show more Show less
