Role Description

This is a full-time role for an After Sales Service Specialist, located on-site in Noida. The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing after-sales support. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, processing returns, handling customer complaints, and ensuring timely and effective customer communication.
