After Sales Service Specialist

As an After-Sales Service professional with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the solar industry, you will be responsible for coordinating solar installation schedules between installers and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time by providing on-site support to installers during installations and promptly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be required to monitor system performance post-installation to guarantee optimal energy generation. Additionally, arranging and coordinating follow-up visits when necessary to address operational or maintenance issues will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong organizational and time-management skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities is essential. You should also be willing and available to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.
