AET Member - Operational Planning

• Production Planning:
• Collaborate with the marketing team, customers, and the Operations & Maintenance team at the plant to align production schedules and strategies.
• Implement micro and macro planning approaches to ensure smooth coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
• New Product Development:
• Develop new product codes in accordance with business needs to streamline production and inventory processes.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and distribute Daily Management Information System (MIS) reports covering Operations, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, and other relevant areas to provide transparency and drive informed decision-making.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials closely and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent shortages, ensuring continuous production flow.
• Packaging Coordination:
• Ensure that packaging styles are appropriate per customer specifications to maintain product integrity during transport, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Work in conjunction with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products, addressing any potential shipping concerns proactively.
• Departmental Liaison:
• Act as a communication bridge between various departments, facilitating smooth operations and promptly addressing any issues that arise during the production and logistics processes.
