Role Overview

The Admissions & Outreach Officer supports student recruitment, parent engagement, and community outreach to ensure a seamless and impactful admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Parent Relations

· Handle admission inquiries, calls, and walk-ins promptly.

· Guide parents through the admissions journey and documentation.

· Conduct school tours, information sessions, and follow-ups.

· Maintain accurate data and lead tracking in the CRM.

· Support orientation and onboarding of new students.

Outreach & Community Engagement

· Assist in organizing outreach events, open houses, and school fairs.

· Build partnerships with preschools, corporates, and community groups.

· Represent the school at local education and networking events.

Marketing & Communication Support

· Coordinate with the marketing team on digital and offline campaigns.

· Create and share content for social media, newsletters, and events.

· Collect testimonials and support brand storytelling initiatives.

Reporting & Insights

· Track leads, conversions, and campaign outcomes.

· Prepare periodic admission and outreach performance reports.

· Gather feedback from parents to enhance experience.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.

· 2–5 years’ experience in admissions, marketing, or customer engagement (education preferred).

· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

· Organized, proactive, and passionate about education and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
