Key Responsibilities

Telesales & Lead Engagement

• Handle

  high-volume inbound & outbound calls

  to connect with potential students.
• Pitch training programs effectively, highlight career benefits, and handle objections.
• Follow a structured sales approach to convert leads into enrollments.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Identify and pursue high-potential leads to maximize conversions.
• Use persuasive selling techniques to close admissions and achieve revenue goals.

Follow-up & CRM Management

• Maintain a well-structured follow-up process through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Update and track lead status in the CRM system to ensure efficient pipeline management.

Relationship Management

• Build rapport with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Address queries on course fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year

  of experience in

  telesales, personal loan sales, insurance sales, or telecalling in admission

  .
• Strong

  sales and negotiation skills

  with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections, build urgency, and

  close sales effectively

  .
• Excellent communication & convincing skills in Tamil and English (other languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Preferred age: Below 27 years
