Job Title : Admission - Tele sales Location : Saidapet, Chennai. We are looking for goal-oriented telesales professionals who can convert leads into successful admissions through strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Telesales & Lead Engagement Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls to connect with potential students. Pitch training programs effectively, highlight career benefits, and handle objections. Follow a structured sales approach to convert leads into enrollments. Sales & Target Achievement Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Identify and pursue high-potential leads to maximize conversions. Use persuasive selling techniques to close admissions and achieve revenue goals. Follow-up & CRM Management Maintain a well-structured follow-up process through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Update and track lead status in the CRM system to ensure efficient pipeline management. Relationship Management Build rapport with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process. Address queries on course fees, eligibility, and career opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, personal loan sales, insurance sales, or telecalling in admission . Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. Ability to handle objections, build urgency, and close sales effectively . Excellent communication & convincing skills in Tamil and English (other languages are a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
