Provide training, coaching, and feedback to improve team performance. Monitor team KPIs including daily call volume, lead conversion, and revenue generation. Foster a positive, performance-driven culture focused on results and learning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and lead quality. Manage reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews with accuracy and consistency. Encourage innovation and suggest improvements to processes and scripts. Be the bridge between your team and senior management, delivering updates and solutions. What We're Looking For: Graduate or Postgraduate with 7+ years of telesales experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a telesales team. Background in admissions, insurance sales, banking, or personal loan sales preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to motivate, guide, and lead by example. Hands-on with CRM tools and performance tracking systems. Immediate joiners are preferred.
