Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Head to lead AIM’s Admissions Department. The role involves developing and executing admissions strategies for MBA & PGDM programs, managing a team of counselors, and ensuring a smooth admissions process aligned with institutional goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the education sector, and proven expertise in CRM-driven admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement admissions strategies to meet annual enrollment targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of counselors and coordinators, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process for PGDM & MBA programs.
• Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize the admissions funnel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and branding campaigns.
• Represent AIM at education fairs, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with feeder institutions, consultants, and alumni.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and share insights with senior management.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in admissions or education management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
