Admission Head

• Lead and manage a team of admission executives, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure that the team meets its targets and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the admissions process, including handling inquiries, conducting outreach activities, and processing applications in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain prospective students, including organizing and participating in recruitment events, conducting school visits, and collaborating with educational partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the university and its programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the universitys presence and reputation in the community.
• Represent SNU at various events, conferences, and fairs to promote the university and its programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in admissions, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools to manage admissions data and processes.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
